• The packages are valid for 365 days. (The packages with a specified statute of limitations are subject to that limitation period.)

1. General Acceptance: By purchasing a ticket or entering Wan To Play (“Venue”), you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale and our House Rules.

2. Supervision: All participants under the age of 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The adult is responsible for the minor’s safety and conduct.

3. Online Booking & Activation:

• Weekdays: Tickets are activated 24 hours after purchase.

• Fri–Sun & PH: Tickets are activated on the next working day.

Same-day entry: Online tickets cannot be used for entry on the day of purchase. For today's entry, please purchase directly at our ticketing counter.


4. First-Time Online Offer: First-time online purchasers receive one (1) extra hour of free play. This must be redeemed on the same day of your visit and is non-transferable.

5. Pricing & Refunds: All tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable once payment is confirmed.

6. Safety & Conduct: Participants must be in good health. Wan To Play reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person for reckless behavior or non-compliance with safety rules.

7. Liability: Wan To Play is not responsible for any personal injury or loss/damage to personal property within the venue.

8. Photography: You consent to being filmed or photographed for security (CCTV) or promotional purposes upon entering the venue.
